Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
BigCommerce is being used by different departments in our company. All the pertinent data of the transactions in the system can be retrieved by separate departments independently. This helps coordinate the different functions of each department in the company.
- Very easy to use
- Simple and not complicated
- Organized data
- More flexibilty in terms of status of orders.
- Wish they had a loyalty system that keeps track of customers' purchases
- Option to list number of items bought on the invoice

We use mailchimp for our e-marketing activities. Each time a customer opens an account with us, they have the option of joining our subscribers' list. This gives us an opportunity to include them in our mailchimp marketing.
- BigCommerce has made ordering more efficient for our customers.
- We were able to reduce the administrative duties of our staff so they have become more productive.
- Maintenance fees for BigCommerce are well worth the time and effort it has saved the company.
