Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
Bigcommerce hosts our web site. Everyone has access to it but I am the primary user as I process all the internet sales and add information or make changes to our site. In general, I would say Bigcommerce has been a benefit as a host for our site. The tools they provide are easy to use especially for a novice web site manager like myself. If I had to make a wish list, I would ask for more options in the cart level discounts, shipping area and "pre-order" area. Otherwise, Bigcommerce is a pretty good fit for our small business!

- Supplement companies such as ourselves need to have more options in the cart level discounts and coupon areas to provide better options for customers.
- Pre-order area should also be called "backorder" and have a few more options so customers can choose to be charged now or when the item is back in stock.
- Shipping: wish there were more variations to choose from so we could offer more options & price structures for our customers.
- Ease of use when making updates , additions or changes makes it work especially for the non savvy internet users.
- Price options do not give internet sellers the option to lower monthly fees when their business hits a low for extended periods of time. Raising price when business is good is understandable & acceptable but should be more flexible when business slows down to a crawl for months we should be able to go to a lower monthly fee until it improves.
- Tech support is wonderful. Everyone is knowledgeable and pleasant, especially for non-savvy users!

For the most part, the APIs has been easy to work with. We also have an SEO company that helps us with the more advanced internet setups.
Bigcommerce is the hosting site we have used the longest. We have had other web designers that had set us up with a few other companies in the past but so far Bigcommerce is the best.
