Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We use BigCommerce to sell our branded apparel to consumers.
- The ability to have large catalogs
- Cost effective
- Chat support is helpful
- Theme glitches can be frustrating
- Customizing storefronts is challenging
- Would like built in inventory control rather than using external apps
- My site looks very professional which helps make clients comfortable ordering on line.
- The abandoned cart notification has increased my sales

I'm not very versed on APIs so can't answer this question.
I've kept BigCommerce out of my loyalty to them. I also believe they are better able to accommodate my large catalog. Recent theme frustrations have made me look back into Shopify however I have not decided to change, I'm hoping to stay with BigCommerce and get these frustrations taken care of.

No - I don't think I should have to pay for any support when I pay for the product
Yes - NO! I'm still waiting for them to fix the "If I make a mistake entering a product, all my work is deleted" it's infuriating!!!!
They usually do unless it's with an exterior app.
