Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

Big Commerce is our prime eCommerce platform. We sell a range of over 300 products with a significant variety of options. It is used across the whole organisation in sales, marketing, inventory management, etc.
BigCommerce enables us to sell our full range of products fast & efficiently, reaching a truly global market. Our products are sold as far afield as New Zealand, Chile, and Europe.
  • Easy to get started with a range of products
  • Easy to configure each product to meet the customer requirements, including options like size, colour, etc.
  • Integrates seamlessly with other apps like inventory management and accounting
  • More themes developed by BigCommerce without the need of third parties
  • Provide more detailed help to the merchants on their individual design requirements

  • Reaching new markets
Scalability is getting better all the time.
We use OneSaas to integrate with our inventory management system and accounting package.
We also integrate with MailChimp and use apps like Shogun.
BigCommerce was a significant improvement in cost of ownership.
We ara a B2B company and the BigCommerce features adapt well to our requirements

There was a recent downtime of about 2 hours. The BC team were on the ball and although it took 2 hours to be back on line I was kept fully aware of the situation on a regular basis.
