Everything works great. Nice to see that there is usually a BigCommerce variation available when making changes or additions to the website. We recently added a live web chat feature to our website. It was very easy to add and just took a few minutes of our time. Thank you.

BigCommerce Customization

The only feature we use here is available to get the inventory and orders directly from Big Commerce. We do use a third-party inventory management software to sync with Big Commerce. It would be nice if Big Commerce already had this built-in or available as an add on.

Alternatives Considered

We were looking for a web host which was able to provide scalable options with minimal cost for upgrades and add ons. Some of the add on web templates can be quite expensive. It would be nice if you have more free templates or had the ability to due test drive or sample a new template.

Likelihood to Recommend

Our BigCommerce rep was very helpful and fought for us during the signup process. Without her assistance, we would have likely sought the services of another web host company. This was the deciding factor in going with BigCommerce. Our rep has also maintained contact with us over the last several years.
