BigCommerce is being used across the whole organization. It addresses problems such as inventory management, shipping and fulfillment issues as well as organizing analytics all into one easy to use platform. They've done a great job of simplifying the eCommerce experience for users. The easy to use platform allows business owners to scale as they go. BigCommerce has enabled my business to grow year after year.

My business has used open APIs and available integrations to the fullest extent. There are a variety of integrations that are an essential part of a tailored online experience. There are a variety of integrations that are absolutely necessary when using BigCommerce. MailChimp/Klaviyo API, as well as Yotpo, are some major ones for our business.
I think BigCommerce and Shopify are pretty much head to head. There isn't too much difference in them, however, one excels better than the other. For me, the deal-breaker on using BigCommerce was the transaction fees that Shopify charges to merchants who use anything but ShopifyPay, it can suck away at margins.
