Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
As a manufacturer and direct seller of automatic pet feeders for small indoor and outdoor pets including fish, we have been using BigCommerce for direct sales to customers with good results, although our site is not really being found as it should in searches without using Google Ads. That is the only and main serious drawback. That issue was not existent years back when switching to BigCommerce. Tech service, however, has been excellent.
- Excellent and quick tech service access 24-7.
- Good integration of third party review apps.
- Good third party shipping options.
- Much better site visibility to be found by potential customer searches, which I would rate at 2 out of 10.
- Our site is basically blind to searches unless using third party advertising. Not good and very expensive.
- Overall and "most importantly," our site being in the shadows is a real problem that was non-existent years ago. A real issue!
- Site visibility is an absolutely real issue.
- If customers cannot find our site, we cannot sell.
- Site very seldom found in searches unless using third party's expensive ads. Not good!
