Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
BigCommerce is being used as a store platform management tool. Customer service receives order notifications and details that allow them to input into our internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. I have been using it in sales to view when customers are emailing, calling, or entering their purchases on the web so I can follow up with order status.
- Search tool is very advanced and filters what I'm looking for every time.
- I like that I can see a snap shot of a whole list of orders.
- I think it could do a better job of notifying users if they or their company has an active storefront account. I come across some that register as users, then at a later date register as guests.
- Increased efficiency of processing web orders.
- Increased the number of customers that now have easy access.
$20,000 to $100,000
We have a robust store with every product having a custom look and function but we still stay uniform from page to page. The functions to hide and view pricing or products have been very useful for when we are out of stock or have a product on backorder.
I personally have not used or evaluated any other software like this one.
