Use Cases and Deployment Scope

BigCommerce is used as our main platform for website orders. We receive the orders and can access the customers' order information through this platform. This is also where we can answer questions or issue any refunds needed. We also can create our discount codes, promotions, etc. though here. This product is perfect for our business and is extremely user-friendly.

The discount codes, it would be nice if there were more options to choose from for narrowing down specifics for uses and maximum discount on dollar amounts.

We started out as a startup company and started with BigCommerce, and as of today, as no longer a startup company, we are still able to use BigCommerce for all of our needs. Almost every one of our departments uses BigCommerce in some capacity for their specific roles within the company.

BigCommerce Customization

BigCommerce is great as we have been able to use several of these features. Our products are very unique and BigCommerce gives us the ability to be very specific in how we tailor our experience to the customer. We integrate this with our Inventory Management software as well as our Shipping Software and the integration work great!

When I first started using the BigCommerce platform, it was so user-friendly! Again, it was very easy to use and figure out right away. I had no issues with finding where everything was and it is organized in such a way, that it made sense where to look for something. I also really like the customer order layout as we have to issue refunds a lot and it's very simple.
