Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

I use BigCommerce to manage our shipping and online orders during our mail order season. The product helps us track orders and seamlessly integrate into shipping while getting preferred rates on postal service.

  • Automated emails re status of order
  • Integration of other apps like ship station and privy
  • The interface is dated and needs a refresh
  • The Inter app feed isn’t always seamless. Sometimes I need to go into ship station to get it to work vs. just using the dashboard
  • Apps like privy could be more seamlessly integrated into the dashboard to see email performance in concert with the dashboard vs. isolated
  • Reduced cost of shipping
  • Streamlined order communication
It seems very scalable but we are a small shop.
We use ship station and privy for email. Both have been valuable to be coupled with our e-commerce site.
