Overall Satisfaction with BigContacts

We have been able to set up automated workflows and email sequences using BigContacts. The tool has allowed us to automate recurring tasks and define custom triggers to avoid any delays. We also use it to set up automated alerts to stay on top of important activities. By eliminating repetitive activities such as follow-ups or data entry, BigContacts saves a lot of time for us.

  • More advanced search features would be a great add-on for BigContacts.
  • We would like to see an easy way to locate and eliminate duplicate contact records from the system.
