Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM
We utilize it for tracking the nursing homes and staff at the facilities we service. It helps us keep track of our accounts, who we service, what their roles are and contact information and more. Additionally, it is important for us for making notes and updates on the accounts. In the nursing home world the staff turns over a lot and it can be hard to keep track of everything and where they are now at. Additionally, it helps us keep track of our leads, prospects, and former clients so that our business development team can prospect and keep their sales cycles going.

- Making adjustments to some of the templates or template options are tough.
- The ability to reach customer service can be challenging at time as it is mostly international support.
- Great for keeping our sales team organized.
- Not great to track their activity in the field for training and counseling.
Bullhorn was a much better platform that Zoho, but Zoho is more affordable. Salesforce was very complicated, but Bullhorn was amazing at customization, specific full cycle tracking, as well as it was an all in one so you could do the recruiting cycle, sales cycle, billing and HR functions all in one whereas with Zoho they don't talk to each other and you have to have a different system for each process so it isn't all-in-one and accessible like other programs.
