Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye
We use Birdeye to monitor and respond to our clients reviews on all platforms and give them the opportunity to be more involved in the review process which was not a possibility before. This platform makes it easier to respond to all of the reviews with the automated response feature.
- Set up automated responses to reviews
- Daily emails summarizing reviews/ activity
- Hosts all of reviews on one site
- The onboarding process was very difficult, specifically trying to map the clients
- Having them separated by "Reviews Lite" and Full Suite makes it a little more difficult to manage
- It was time consuming to set up
- Aside from the set up process, it is helpful and makes monitoring reviews easier
