Overall Satisfaction with Birst

We are a small start up company that needs to collect data from various sources to compile and analyze to prove the effectiveness of our product.

Birst back end is more powerful yet complicated while Tableau's front end is more user friendly
Our first foray into using Birst has not been successful but we are not ready to give up yet.
What resources are available to implement Birst and how long does it take for internal employees to get up to speed on the product
