Overall Satisfaction with Bitdefender GravityZone
We are a managed service provider. We use Bitdefender internally and for our clients.
- Single pane of glass
- Unobtrusive
- Easy to deploy
- If the downloaded tool fails, it has to download all over. Would be nice if it caches the install file for later use.
- Cannot install if Malware Bytes is installed, but works fine if MBAM is installed after.
- Cannot move machines from one company to another without reinstalling.
- Tickets for false positives have dropped to near zero compared to our previous offering.
We like Bitdefender much better. Sentinel one caused BSOD errors and regularly destroyed Office documents at random. We had more tickets for it causing issues than solving them. Trend was decent but not beefy enough for our needs.
