Overall Satisfaction with Bitrix24

Bitrix24 is our CRM and intranet platform. We use it both for the management and handling of negotiations as well as to manage our projects and tasks, simplifying the use of multiple applications. With this tool we also check the mailbox, we keep our calendar, and we use it as a storage space in the cloud, among many other functionalities.

  • It could improve the reminder of overdue tasks
  • Translations into some languages ​​present issues
  • It could improve the way some logs are presented
  • We have been able to save on other applications such as the videoconferences that we now do at Bitrix24
  • By having better organization of tasks, we save time and are more efficient by being able to prioritize tasks easily
  • We improve customer service by following up and automating events that help us better follow up on negotiations
Our first approach to this type of application was with Zoho and PipeDrive, but in Bitrix24 we can carry the CRM and also the tasks and projects module among other activities. The implementation of the tool is another aspect that you must take into account as well as the learning curve of the tool, which, in the case of Bitrix24 becomes very user-friendly and easy to use, and new functionalities are implemented every day.

It is a very versatile tool in which you can manage a lot of the work that is carried out daily in an office, manage email communication with clients and other employees, you can configure approval flows, you can manage your documents and files, your calendar and many other actions and without leaving the same application. There are days in which I only open Bitrix24 from when I arrive at the office until I leave.
The support offered by Bitrix24 is quite good; they also have a help center on their website that explains in detail each section of the tool and in many cases they include videos that provide a lot of valuable information. Perhaps if they could improve their service time for tickets, development would be great.
If you want a platform where you can manage the entire relationship with the customer from the moment they contact you, see their progress through the lifecycle of your sales process, and see the interaction of all the members of your company with the process of sale, this platform is for you. It gives you control over many aspects of your organization that you probably did not know how to control.
