Overall Satisfaction with BizLibrary
We use BizLibrary across the whole organization. We use both Biz content and custom content. We have multiple campuses and varying schedules, 7 days/week. The product helps us keep quality and consistency in training for all employees.
- Don't have specific figures, but certainly has saved money we would have spent on outside training.
- Helpful in building culture, which lowers turnover.
Significantly more content with Biz and Biz is much better at building client relationships.
It's one of the things I love about BizLibrary. We regularly touch base with our client success manager. She (Stacey Moore) is very helpful in providing information, ideas, and feedback. It's also great to have that monthly accountability.

It's well suited for medium-sized organizations that have funds for such a product and can't do all training in-house. I don't know that it would be as affordable for smaller organizations.
