Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Education Management Solutions

We implemented Blackbaud Education Management Solutions as our new Learning Management system and Development Management system, all of our employees have been transferred over to use it successfully, and trained accordingly.

Pros

  • Excellent attendance tracking, especially with hybrid learning
  • Gradebook management
  • Transcript/reporting output

Cons

  • Not great with Google integration
  • Report exporting could be more customizable
  • Would like to have control to turn on messaging partially only.
  • Time management and saving is incredible
  • Having everything in one system makes it easier to track
  • One standard location for all school related news, events, user management
  • Users have ability to maintain their own personal data, improves data health
Blackbaud Education Management Solutions was easy to learn and master, the implementation process was very comprehensive and the support since has been incredible. Our whole community has benefitted from this switch in multiple different ways and our data health has drastically improved!
Blackbaud Education Management Solutions is well suited for private schools with relatively tech savvy users. It's a little difficult to implement with older/less tech savvy users.
