Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Education Management Solutions

We implemented Blackbaud Education Management Solutions as our new Learning Management system and Development Management system, all of our employees have been transferred over to use it successfully, and trained accordingly.

This has been a great step towards tech advancement and implementation for our community, it has provided us with a centralized system which is easy to use and full of options to customize for our community. Our data health has improved by the presence of a single input and storage space for all constituent information.
We have also implemented Raisers Edge NXT for our development side and having one constantly maintained database has dramatically improved our community communications, especially during this difficult COVID time.
Blackbaud Education Management Solutions was easy to learn and master, the implementation process was very comprehensive and the support since has been incredible. Our whole community has benefitted from this switch in multiple different ways and our data health has drastically improved!
This portion of the system has been very useful in getting all of our teachers on one centralized system. It has also been great in getting our students and families in better communication with the school. Form and information collecting has dramatically improved. We are much more easily able to send out communications to families and staff/faculty with accurate lists and data health!
This has been a great transition combining several systems that we used to employ into one standard and central system. The only thing we would like to see is an improved integration with the google classroom suite as that is a very robust and universal system. We want to be able to fully enable our teachers to use the tools that google provides with the ability to integrate the grading system with Blackbaud Learning Management System (formerly onCampus).
This system has been AMAZING with getting our data health up to par, the multiple systems that we used to try to use were never enough and having everything in one place has been a game changer.
Blackbaud Education Management Solutions is well suited for private schools with relatively tech savvy users. It's a little difficult to implement with older/less tech savvy users.
