Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Education Management Solutions
Blackbaud is currently being used across the board in our school. The admissions department starts the ball rolling & then it gets passed to the administration department, nurse & teachers. Having all departments use the same system makes it easier to tract everything. This year will be the first year of us using the system for grades but looking forward to everything in one spot. Eventually we are going to be teaching the student to use it so their teachers can post the assignments on it instead of Google Classroom. Again it makes it easier for a one-stop shop.
- It keeps all of the students information in one place. Contact information, medical information, schedule, calendar, forms, resource boards & grades.
- Saves on paper, you have the parents fill out the forms & important information & it's done.
- The more you utilize all the sections the more you get out of it.
- Sometimes trying to find a section is a bit difficult & when you go to the help you have to make sure you word it correctly.
- As you know the world is turning more & more digital. With this program, you can email parents to fill out essential forms for school. Parents can track their child's grades (might save on phone calls). Everything the staff, parents & kids need will be in one place.
