Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Education Management Solutions

We use it to manage our admission inquiries, applications, and contracts. We use it as a LMS and we use it for attendance, report cards, and transcripts.

We certainly have loved what it has brought to our school. It has changed the way we do business for the better. Parents can see grades, homework, and all the info in real-time. The admission process has been streamlined. The ability to connect with prospective families is amazing. We can track and follow up with inquiries quickly and efficiently.
We don't use these products.
I should look at RE NXT again. It's just too expensive for a small school such as us. The features are also not what we would like. It's too many features we won't use.
I used to grab the phone call more often. They are pushing the chat feature for obvious reasons. Sometimes the wait time is too long and I can't spent my day monitoring when someone is ready.
We like it a lot. I commented earlier on it. We have created a streamlined process and we communicate efficiently with our inquiries and applicants. I would recommend it. The Advanced List features is awesome, but it's not for beginners. You need to have some SQL background. School that don't have that knowledge on hand will not be able to use some of the features that we have implemented. A lot of what we like, we had to figure out ourselves.
We like it a lot. We need better assessment tools. The quiz creator is buggy and students get locked out too frequently. Most teachers use Google Forms and have given up on it.
It is amazing. Keep doing what you are doing. The new features have been wonderful. We have great looking report cards. They have improved the access system. Just very solid. I am very impressed with it.
It's really bad. They should discontinue it. They should invest in WordPress plugins and create WordPress sites for their client. That would be better websites, easier to use and design and a couple of plugins would take care of the implementation.
Their website tools are not adequate. Anyone is better off with a WordPress site than using their website tool. They should abandon it and become a WordPress design firm and work on plugins for integration with WordPress.
The LMS is great. I love the grade book, integration with Grading Report Card.
There is a need to improve assessment tools and their reliability.
Their messaging system needs the ability to cc Reply or Reply-All. It should mirror an email system instead of a message board.
