Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Education Management Solutions

It is being used across the entire organization. It is our student information system so houses all of our user data. It also delivers all of our information to users (emails and other communications). Teachers use it to deliver educational materials, communications, and grades. Parents access information and fill out forms. Students use it to access assignments, documents, videos, etc. for classes.

We currently integrate our user data in Raiser's Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT. I personally do not work in either of these products.
Their support team does a great job responding to problems. I have found that if it's something I can't figure out, sometimes it's best to send a help ticket (as opposed to a help chat/call). Usually the person helping me will also not know the answer. So, in order to save time, it's easier to add the ticket and let them figure it out instead of spending time on a chat/call to have the same result (someone who needs to go elsewhere for the answer). However, they always follow up and don't stop until they can answer my question or figure out a solution.
I only help our admissions team when they need it so don't work directly/daily with Enrollment Management System.
It is simple for all of our users. It provides teachers and students the ability to deliver materials regardless of where they are learning from. The teachers who do more with the system find that they like it more and more.
Again, it is simple to use. The most difficult aspect is creating advanced lists and having it pull information in a way that makes it dynamic.
Blackbaud Education Management Solutions gives all users a platform that meets multiple needs. It has the ability to organize sports teams, classes, student groups, community groups, boarding groups (we do not use this). Overall, we are very pleased with what it accomplishes and allows us to do. They have frequently updated features over the last 8 months in response to distance learning, hybrid learning, and in person learning.
