Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Education Management Solutions

We are using as our Learning Management System across the whole organization.

  • Very user friendly for parents - they can find everything in one spot.
  • User friendly for teachers and colleagues.
  • ReEnrollment process is MUCH easier than previous systems.
  • I would love for us to be able to review profile changes before they are processed (for parents).
  • I would like to see more robust sky lists.
  • I would like to see more training for advanced lists - not many of our users are comfortable with them and they rely on us to make lists for them.

I think our communications have improved with the help of school forms. They are easy to use and create and love that we can easily send a reminder and see who has not completed a form. I really love them.

8 - most of the time people are helpful. I find it extremely frustrating when their first response is to just send me a knowledgebase article. Most of the time, I have already looked at the article myself, did not understand it, and therefore contacted support.
The ReEnrollment process has been SO much easier from the back end. And I think the online contract is user friendly for our parents and easy to complete.

I find it easy to use. The most recent change has taken some getting used to -- it seems like the pushpage used to automatically format text into the same font color, size, etc. but now I need to go through the html and make sure everything is the same font. I am glad that the list selection box is FINALLY big enough that you can see the full name of the list without having to guess what you are selecting.
I think it is very user friendly and support is for the most part helpful and knowledgable.
