Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Education Management Solutions (formerly Blackbaud K–12 ON Solutions)

At Calvary Day School, we use Blackbaud Education Management Solutions to manage the educational process for our students. This includes the management of admissions, student information, grades, transcripts, development, and alumni. The software gives our teachers a way to manage their classrooms and parents a portal to see into the experiences that their students are having at our school.

Too often we are not able to come to a resolution regarding issues that we have. Instead, we are told to submit ideas to the website. This is VERY frustrating at times, especially when we have had to go weeks and months without proper solutions to issues.
Blackbaud Education Management is a good solution for private schools looking for a student management and learning system. I believe that the system is growing more each year and will be a great system in a few years. They are still struggling in a few areas and need more time spent on development.
