Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Education Management Solutions (formerly Blackbaud K–12 ON Solutions)

I run the alumni department so I constantly use push pages, Raisers Edge, and NXT to help communicate and cultivate my alumni. However, it is used all over the school, and not just in my development department.
  • The collection of information and the ability to organize events, etc. during the year.
  • The ability to send mass emails either through push pages or online express.
  • Event creating is a very big deal for me, and it makes my job a lot easier.
  • The push page feature could be a little more user friendly, the formatting makes it tough.
  • Creating a query could be made a little easier.
  • It would be nice to avoid all the signing in that is required.
  • Time spent on push pages needs to be reduced, as the editing and creating features are not very user friendly.
  • The alumni directory is great. I love how I can search by regions, etc.
I have not looked for support on my own, I will do that more after learning the tools during the conference. However, a coworker appears to use support with ease.
The online database, directory, and group pages are great. It fits the needs of our office and admissions department. The creation of teacher pages for our students and parents is excellent as well. It fits well with basically every department!
