We use it across all 3 divisions for enrollment, scheduling, grading, attendance, and communication.
- Technical support is fantastic. Very well informed about the product and often go the extra mile to help find an immediate solution or guide you.
- Grading has greatly improved over the years and is becoming easier to create and manage.
- Scheduling students is uncomplicated and intuitive.
- Attendance could be improved if it could be specific for a division and not across the board for all. A PreK's reason for absences are very different from a high schooler.
- List building is anything but intuitive; terms used not clear.
- Forms need to be updated so a parent doesn't have to reenter information each year if it's already in our database especially on the medical forms.
- It has helped us improve our communication with our users.
