Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud eTapestry
We use it for donor services management, communication, reporting. We keep track of all donors, how much, when and for which campaign do they give. We also use it to send Mass communication emails and to contact donors individually through email. We also use it to report on our donations for Funds, Campaigns, Annual Reports and more
- The ability to send mass emails through my level is great.

- The Creating query process can be difficult without using the Chat button.

- Giving Tuesday is the biggest ROI- it costs nothing extra to do an email campaign but we were able to make our financial goals.
- At Christmas I notice even though we send a snail mail mailer, we always get a bump in giving when we send reminder emails.
- We don't use any other software for contacting donors via email so this saves us money.
I think Constant Contact is somewhat easier to use and has more graphic capabilities
