Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud eTapestry

We use eTapestry as donor, volunteer and contacts management software. eTapestry helps us record all donation history, keep track of pledge payments and also administer prospect management.

  • Donor Thank you letters and Tax Receipts
  • Mass Update and Import functions
  • Send emails right from the account
  • It has helped us manage/track revenues from less than $500K/year in the beginning year to over $1M currently.
  • Gives ability to segment constituents and devise targeted communication which is more effective
