Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud eTapestry
I use Blackbaud eTapestry to monitor & input donations & deliver information relevant to donors, prospective donors, volunteers. We are challenged with donors not always able to receive to their email addresses a donation receipt or our newsletter communications. PCSBV does not clearly understand how to operate registration for some events. We need to understand better the full capacity of what was purchased for our charitable organization. We have a future meeting with a Blackbaud consultant to ask questions.

- Pulling reports does not feel intuitive. We struggle to execute compiling the details we need.

- Deleting duplicate constituent information
- Keeping track of donor meetings
- Tracking donor history of giving
- Allowing a platform where donors can contribute funds
