While still learning, I use it to manage donors and donor prospects and analyze annual giving, and constituent information. I use actions, reports, lists, and marketing. It eliminates the need for queries at my level as a director. The graphics for year-over-year giving are beneficial and so much easier to access than in the database, I can find this information quickly and share it with colleagues and stakeholders in a format that they can follow/understand. The daily dashboard and wealth rating are both helpful.

While I am still learning, I use it to manage donors and donor prospects and analyze annual giving, and constituent information. I look forward to taking advantage of the donor portfolios and utilizing the workflow more fully. It has saved significant time and once I utilize workflow it will make donor prospecting easier and in turn should increase the number of major donor solicitations. We have just started using the email component as well which will provide more accurate tracking of contacts with our constituency.
