Very little. Most reports or lists have to be pulled from the database view into the web view in order to meet fundraiser specifications. We had to purchase an additional module, Queue, just to keep that info up-to-date on these web view lists based on database view queries. Having to buy extra modules just to make the core system work is discouraging.
It's pretty good overall
The database view component is the best in class, but with an old and outdated interface. The web view is modern looking and slick, but without the powerful capabilities needed for a modern fundraising office. Despite these limitations, the ability to customize is a huge strength, and it is definitely the best currently available. (We are, frankly, waiting to see/find a better product, however)

Simple donor CRM needs are good. Complex reporting, automation, or procedures it is lacking. It's user-friendly for front-line fundraisers, but not so for the back office. Unfortunately, front-line fundraisers frequently want complex reports that can only be created in the database view, making the web view not terribly useful.
