FCHFH uses RE NXT to manage donor relations including giving history, volunteer engagement, giving propensity, etc. This product allows us to assess current donor engagement and potential for growth. The work space is used by fundraisers to assess next steps with donors in their portfolio. Reporting allows us to determine the success of current and past fundraising efforts, giving us the ability to excel with future endeavors and leave failures in the past.

During our capital campaign we were able to develop invaluable insight into our donors via analytics and Research Point. We were able to see where our donors were already engaged, what motivated their giving elsewhere and to honor them by making the most appropriate ask. The donor experience was made so much better with the use of analytics.
