Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

I use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT every day to look up my donor's information we have stored on the software. Using NXT allows me access to not only their address, and phone numbers but also to their last pledges and payments along with media that is attached to their account.
  • Store all the donor information.
  • Easy log in.
  • Clear.
  • Stop making changes to the password.
  • Remove the security text message.
  • Make it faster.
  • It's mobile, you can use anywhere.
  • It's user friendly.
  • It has all the info we need at hand.
  • It allows our boss to go to donors prepared with info.
  • It's easy accessible at any time.
  • Great overview of the past years of giving for donors.
I believe it has impacted our business because this year we have gone above and beyond what our goal was to raise for our community hospital. All of the improvements to easily access the information of our donors really allows our fundraisers to go out in the community and meet with donors and prospects prepared.
  • Online Training
I feel like training can always be better. I like in-person training, but online training is what was suitable for our company's needs. I do believe training should go more in detail and to also be longer. Possibly have training sessions broken up over a few weeks.
I have used Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, Raisers, and LO as well. I do not do as much in LO as I do in the other two software's. I was unaware that they were so many programs offered. I use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and Raisers more because it does what I need it to do when I need it to do it.

Yes

At an event, we had a donor leave their credit card, we were able to log in on our Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and look up their information to then call them and have them come get their credit card back from us at the event. It is mobile and works anywhere.
