Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

It is our CRM for fundraising. We use it to track gifts, manage donor and prospect engagement, plan engagement based on analytics and develop solicitations in part on history tracked on RE. We need more help in identifying major gift prospects and a better way to track and calendar engagement on best prospects.
  • Tracks history of gifts and makes it easy to see giving over time, also good at organizing and accessing complete constituent information around contact information, displaying gifts with date and designations, restrictions etc..
  • NXT provides easy access to analytics and reports to share for specific dates etc. to support decision making and planning
  • Display format and organization of analytical information is very intuitive and easy to navigate and helpful in developing reports for presentations.
  • Wealth information to identify constituents including donors and prospects regarding their capacity to give is not readily available and should be part of the package.
  • Should be able to move information back and forth from other platforms like Imodules.
  • Running queries is more complicated than it should be and recommendations vary between RE support staff and website.
  • Finding the right RE/NXT Courses to take is very complicated and time consuming to sift through; it’s too difficult to find a RE staff person knowledgeable to make recommendations. I feel I am on my own to find the courses I need and so delay taking class.
  • Quick reports on giving amounts by date ranges is very helpful.
  • Analytics are helpful for quick assessments and reports.
  • Format of analytics information displayed is very user friendly.
  • Actions should be linked to staff dashboard assignments to making daily tracking and action items easier to accomplish.
  • We have not saved time and interest is growing in marketplace yo consolidate within organizations to use same CRMs smoking internal departments.
  • Major gifts is not growing due to inability to identify best prospects with best solicitations.
  • Annual giving could be more organized if there was a more robust system for linking giving history to proactively recommending best best gift and dates to cultivate, solicit, and steward.
RE could be better at providing wealth screening information on constituents and make recommendations for e gay snd solicitation on a daily basis for each staff person based on assigned prospects.our major gifts and annual giving need to grow and thus level of organization and support would enable us.
Salesforce is very strong with this AI and enabling staff to be more effective in their daily engagement with prospect per their goals.RE could be more competitive if they offered this support as stands part of service contract.

For organizations needing to build major gifts, RE doesn’t have a robust and easy system to review database of prospects and donor for best prospects and how to rank them. Also it should be standard in my package. Wrath information doesn’t appear as robust as competitors and it feels cumbersome to work the data into day to day donor calls. Also would like AI to tell me which prospect to contact when, identify affinities, recommend gift type and amount and more, and offer this daily to gift officers on individual dashboards as action items for Development staff to act on daily.
