Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

I use it for donor management to record activity and engagement, to select prospective donors and drive fundraising. I use it to connect and interact with donors and corporate partners. This is my reference when identifying potential and untapped donors to determine their giving capacity. I use the data analytics for recommendations.

The data and analytics have really played a critical role in fundraising by giving us a holistic approach to to prospective donors who will make cash donations as well as engage their employees as volunteers. This gives us a sense of those companies with strong corporate social responsibility programs and who are looking to engage. It also helps identify prospective donors and/or donors who have the capacity to increase their giving.

The training was very detailed and provided excellent support to using this platform. We received essential training that caused us understand this resource. We were able to work through different scenarios e.g. events using fundraising models and prepare a checklist to determine their value. We used data analytics to develop a strategic approach to donor content.

It is user friendly with state of the art technology and very comprehensive tool that provides an ideal solution to integrating donors and allows us to drive donor engagement through activation. It is a proven cloud-based fundraising software ideal for nonprofits.

It is well suited with data management. However, it would be helpful if there is a link from the donor that captures any changes in contact. People will change positions and in an effort to have the most current information when communicating this would allow us to have the best contact and helps us reach deadlines.
