We use Blackbaud to manage our alumni and fundraising database. We use the software for reporting, prospect management, producing appeal lists, processing donations, and capturing donor/alumni information. We have over 100k records.

Raiser's Edge is the most robust software for fundraising and constituent relationship management that I know of in the nonprofit space. The software enables us to track fundraising progress, maintain donor portfolios, track moves management, and record contact reports for donors. NXT also tracks all our alumni education records. The ability to add custom fields to our records allows us to segment our data well.
