Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

We are using Blackline for account reconciliations. This has allowed us to eliminated paper support and approval process. Our auditors can access completed reconciliations during audits which reduces time and effort of staff. We also can now easily verify completeness. Overall this has been a beneficial upgrade to our monthly process.

We have had good support for questions. Attending the In the black conference has allowed us to learn tip and tricks
Good for account reconciliations. This moved us from a paper based system to an electronic based system. This has greatly improved our viability and accessibility to monthly recons. The various access level has allowed us to give view rights to the auditors to allow them to access the data by themselves.
