Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

Tasks and Reconciliations have been implemented across the organization. It allows us to better track the status of both those things. It has also allowed the company to better manage the close process as well.
  • Blackline University for training is great.
  • Tracking of status for tasks and reconciliations.
  • Nothing we can think of at this time.
  • We're expecting to have a very positive ROI.
I don't know what other companies were evaluated if any. There was high support of BlackLine from multiple individuals, so we went with it.
We have not had to reach out to customer support but hear it's excellent.
