Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

BlackLine is being used for Account Reconciliations only currently but in the future, we will be using it for journal entries as well. Currently, anyone who prepares, reviews or audits account reconciliations will be using BlackLine.
  • Makes compliance easier.
  • Keeps up with whether reconciliations have been completed and if not how long.
  • Maybe confusing when first start using it.
  • Positive on implementing controls
I have not used any other products besides Blackline. My company did look at Oracle as well but felt Blackline was the better product.

It makes my job of auditing so much more efficient. It keep the business owners in compliance with internal controls.
Support has been very helpful when needed.
BlackLine will ensure that the account reconciliations are prepared and reviewed timely based on the information in the setup. This has made auditing of the reconciliations much better and auditable.
