Overall Satisfaction with Blissfully

We use Blissfully to manage our onboarding and offboarding processes for our staff. With Blissfully's integration with Google Workspaces, we can import our OU structure and easily manage what software products are assigned to new employees. We also use Blissfully to track our software usage and track our software renewal dates.
  • Blissfully is great ant notifying system administrators when a new employee is assigned to the software that they manage.
  • The UI features aren't always the most obvious in terms of how to use them.
  • On-boarding new staff.
  • It has had a positive affect on our account security and provides an excellent return.

If companies are looking for ways to manage their on-boarding and off-boarding processes you won't find a better tool than Blissfully. Blissfully also does a nice job of surfacing SAAS software that your staff is using. It is a great tool to use to help keep your SAAS accounts accurate.
