Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We're using Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud to build reusable components. It to make sure that the user can build pages easier. We are using search and all out of the box solutions that we can use, like boosting, redirecting, and blocking of certain words on search.

My experience is great with bloomreach, overall they are a great product but I know it needs to be improved more since it seems to be heavy, buggy.
This is my first time using bloomreach so I'm really excited about the other products.
It took us 2-3 weeks. This is our first time using bloomreach, so we have to read documentation and experiment a lot. After 3 weeks it seems to be easier since we already know what to do and the workflow. The documentation really helps us a lot, but I really hope it gives more example for developers documentation.

Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud gets the job done. This is my first time using Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud and I enjoyed it. I will definitely recommend it.
