Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

To retain one-time purchase customers and nurture loyal customers.
  • User interface is very easy
  • Training course is effective
  • Chat support is very speedy and useful
  • Customization e.g. SQL
  • If we could confirm who to send an email to at each step in the journey that would be great We need to confirm if the condition works right.

It is very straightforward, however, when we need to set complicated conditions it was hard to build by ourselves. We needed support from the Bloomreach engineer. Also, we have to learn Jinja to create personalized content. This is painful for marketers who are not regular users of the tool.
Bloomreach support has professional skills and knowledge. Never gave up and supported us in the right direction till the end. Also even tiny questions, they looked very polite to answer.
