Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We are implementing Bloomreach to Amway Clients in Taiwan and India. The scope of the use case is to ensure customers follow products they bought in past. We are facing a problem with communicating to their direct uplink or above-linked customer. Is there a way to send an SMS/EMAIL to a customer who has references from another customer like MLM tree?

The SMS channel implementation on the fresh instance was very quick. The supporting documentation helps us to create assets in no time for our use cases
We are yet to implement all the features available in Bloomreach. Once our product is launched we can mention these AI customer unification features.
Adobe Journey Optimizer has fewer features compared to Bloomreach, So we recommend this to our clients and started the implementation of our client use cases in Bloomreach

We are sure on that we have access to the tool at Account Admin .
We have a request for creating 32 Projects for our client it was all created after sometime our client wanted the Projects to be renamed the support team were on it quickly and updated the names
