NMG uses Bloomreach integrations to help with the product discoverability of our website. We utilize search and browse tools in the dashboard to ensure relevancy and impact the ranking of our products to best meet the customer intent and business strategy.

The team strives to make recommendations and support current and future enhancements but I find that the ship lead times are slow and lack the information necessary to arm teams to have speed to value.
