Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

NMG uses Bloomreach integrations to help with the product discoverability of our website. We utilize search and browse tools in the dashboard to ensure relevancy and impact the ranking of our products to best meet the customer intent and business strategy.

Often as a client I am needing to follow up where I would expect status updates from the support team.
The platform is fairly user friendly. There are a ton of self led trainings available through the academy as well.

Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud Reliability

The BR product and platform perform as they are intended to function operating under our normal environmental conditions and the BR team is readily available to support or make recommendations around interactions or to resolve the occasional bug.
I have no had issues with unplanned outages, occasionally the platform dashboard is a bit slow to load, but rarely results in application errors.
