Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

Bloomreach makes the marketing experience very simple; the amount of work we had to go through for marking a campaign is huge to build from starch. Bloomreach Exponea made it easy for us to just create scenarios and let it do the remaining job for us. It made our marketing job easy with a click.

  • Email Campaign.
  • Filters and conditions.
  • Extended customer support.
  • Availability of support team 24/7.
  • Increasing response time.
  • New user onboarding.
  • Detailed metrics on user journey.
  • User behavioural understand.
This is the problem; when something doesn't work or is not able to be fixed, we generally reach out to the support team to know what could be the issue. But there is no instant availability to address any issue we face; we get to be blocked in a certain time window to get a reply. Adding to that, we had to pay for additional support charges, which I feel is kinda unfriendly.
Bloomreach has helped us understand what makes the user interact with the product; it gave answers to a few questions, which usually puzzles us when we try to figure out what users actually need.
Never had a chance to try any other product like Bloomreach yet.
