Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Engagement

[Bloomreach Engagement's] Exponea is used by many departments as [the] main resource for communication with clients: marketing, collection, [and] client support.
  • Many different and easy ways to import data to Exponea
  • Clear user interface
  • Rich set of options for creating communication pipelines
  • Impossible to add new columns to existing imports
  • More options for analytics would be great
  • Add some basic automated ML algorithms for imprint campaign performance
  • Increased retention due to effective direct marketing campaigns
  • Less people required to manage DM, so decreased costs
  • Improved pre-collection
Everything is intuitively clear in Exponea.
Support is actually bad [in my opinion]. If you need to add more paid features you will spend a few weeks communicating with Exponea managers, signing additional agreements, and so on.
It was quite easy and fast to integrate with just one analyst and one developer.

A great instrument to send marketing communications. Fast to integrate, easy to use.
