Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Engagement

Really love the platform, super easy to use and edit email templates. A lot of audience options too and really like the new files option which offers a quick and easy place for us to store imagery, etc. to use and quickly implement into our HTML email designs! Would definitely recommend the platform for other B2B businesses.

A much more in-depth platform [than] what I was used to when using Mail Chimp. The Bloomreach [Engagement] platform is a quick and easy switch over from the previous platform, Bloomreach [Engagement] seems to offer much more in terms of functionality as well as a much easier and slicker interface to navigate.
I would say it is an easy 10! I was worried at first that the interface may be too confusing and difficult to use compared to what I was used to. In fact, I would [now] say the opposite, once you've spent an hour or so in the interface you soon see how simple it is!
I cannot fault the support side of the platform at all. I know that if I ever run into [an] issue that there is a quick and easy way to get any questions I have answered. I also find the help pages and pop-up help icons very useful too!
It was a very quick and smooth process [that] only required a small amount of my web developer's time. This quick and simple setup meant that we could start to create email campaigns very quickly and made the transition over extremely easy! Results were noticed within just short of two weeks!

For someone who isn't completely clued up on how email templates are created this platform offers a quick and easy way to learn and create these. And with so many options for targeting and scheduling emails, it is a fantastic product for the price! Will be using [it] for years to come!
