Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Engagement

We are just starting to use Bloomreach Engagement. We are mainly doing marketing automation scenarios based on purchase history.

  • Open rate of marketing emails is higher
I've used Mailchimp for email newsletters before, and Bloomreach Engagement's email campaign in part is fairly similar to the equivalent [part] of Mailchimp's. Of course, we have lots more capabilities for user targeting and segmentation [now] with Bloomreach Engagement.
[The] undo [feature] is missing.
Bloomreach Engagement's [support is] good [with] timely communication [via] chat.
We had about 2 months [planning] and setting up until we send our first marketing emails. The support from Bloomreach Engagement's side was good. We still [need] to do some data work from our side but Bloomreach Engagement is now ready.

Bloomreach Engagement [is] well suited for segmenting customers based on online behavior combined with purchase history, then communicating to those groups with a specific personalized message. Bloomreach Engagement is not suited for sessions-based web analytics (like Google Analytics).
