Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Engagement

Bloomreach [Engagement] is the home of customer data. Bloomreach [Engagement] plays a vital part in bringing the omnichannel approach to another level in the company. Currently, Bloomreach [Engagement] is used by the Marketing dept. and Customer service dept. We are more relevant to customers in the right channels at the right time. We shifted from "everything to everybody" to well-targeted cross-channel marketing.

Advanced users can do pretty much everything that the market requires with Bloomreach [Engagement]. As the tool is so flexible, there is a learning curve. You need to commit and always be learning to get the most out of it. With that being said, Bloomreach [Engagement] needs to be part of the company culture and strategy as the more you learn, adapt, and optimize, the more you get out of it.
Fast, friendly, super customer support! The onboarding (integration phase) was quite tense. The Bloomreach [Engagement] team was always in a hurry and seemingly exhausted at some times.
The timeline was a bit too swift for us as we did not have the tech resources just for this project, but we had to divide them into 3 different projects that were running at the same time. Also, I would say that the tech teams (ones responsible for the technical implementation) should do an integration course and have an overall understanding of a CDP and Bloomreach [Engagement] especially. That would cut the back and forth questions and issues quite drastically.

To a business that wants to cut their ad-spend, increase customer awareness, [and] market to customers on a platform where they chose to be, not where we want them to be, and last but not least, a company that is not tech-savvy, Bloomreach [Engagement] is a match. If you run a small business, Bloomreach Engagement is most likely a bit of an overkill as it is not the cheapest solution out there.
