Overall Satisfaction

  • Imports and exports of subscriber information are FAST.
  • Support from Katey Charles has been A+
  • Searching for subscribers is very tedious.
  • All time is in PST - scheduling messages would be easier if you could change it to your time zone.
  • We have done a poor job of identifying goals and tracking results with our email marketing campaigns. This is no fault of Bluehornet. The tools are there for us to use.
I like BlueHornet but it has not "wow"ed me. I would not seek out a change, but will be looking to utilize the features of the system better going forward. We are facing a web redesign and there is a possibility that we will make a change if it can be integrated into our CMS platform, however that is just a possibility and not fully my decision.
First, have a plan. You cannot determine the right software fit without first understanding what your goals are. Have a plan for what your email campaign is going to look like, how you want to use it, and how you plan to measure the success of the campaign, then find out if the system can do what you need.
