Overall Satisfaction

  • Our account team is very good - they know the ins and outs of the platform and are able to help us whenever we need it.
  • The platform, while not that powerful, is relatively easy to learn on your own.
  • The platform is not as advanced as most of their competitors. Setting up and testing campaigns with more than one version can easily become cumbersome and inefficient.
  • Some tasks in the platform are a lot more difficult to complete than they should be.
  • They have had a positive impact on our ROI and have allowed us to achieve most of our business objectives.
  • It has allowed us to shave some of the setup time out of our normal process to increase efficiency.
While our account team is very strong and they have helped us a lot, there is still a lack of functionality in the platform that needs to be addressed. The platform is stable and rarely has outages, which is a big factor for us as well. They also have good, proactive help on deliverability, which means I don't have to pay as close attention to it.
I would say it probably depends a lot on how complex their campaigns are going to be. If they are on the more complex side, I would recommend seeking a different platform. If they have relatively simple campaigns, I think this would be a good fit for them.
